The distribution center for medical devices and equipment in Venlo has been planned for extension. 

The building will be expanded with 9.620 sqm GFA. Construction will start May 2015; delivery of the building is expected at the end of 2015.  The existing building, commissionned in 2011 was certified BREEAM Very Good by C2N and so the extension will be certified as well.

The certification process will be performed on basis of the new Guidelines 2014 v1.0 (Dutch Green Building Council) with ambition Very Good (***).
